Surveillance of driving times via D-time
Increasing costs for personnel and fuelling as well as the observance of various demands, gets more and more challenging for the transport businesses. It is therefore neccessary to detect potentials in optimization of transport controlling and then to max them out.
Using CoTrIS d-time driving and rest time oft he drivers can be planned individually and be observed with the system. Dispathcing support is no longer restricted tot he administration of transfered driving times or calculated predictions. CoTrIS Road compares normative and actual and now even planned driving times and calculates differences.
This enables the dispatcher to optimize the set of drivers and the respective driving tour manually and at all times. The software transfers additional data to the drivers automatically and standardised. This serves as a permanent and gapless controlling. The information provides a higher efficiency and flexibility when the whole fleet is used.
