Data transfer:

• Order data is manually generated out of the PTV Intertour, as soon as the disposition is completed. This data is deposited in a register, which your computer (executing CoTrIS) can access
• Loading the data is either time-controlled or can be operated manually

Editing the order data:

• Configuration according to given vehicular ID
• Sorting according to given time of arrival at the client

Forwarding to TomTom:

• Terminal device according to the mapping of vehicular ID
• Chronology according to editing
• Chronologically shifted forwarding in case of exceeded limit of memory in the matter of vehicular hardware (e.g. 25)

Status monitoring:

• Order take over
• Chronology
• Estimated time of arrival
• Response via email in case of an error
