Logistik konzepte software GmbH (LKS) takes the safety of your personal data very seriously and follows the data privacy act’s rules strictly. Collecting personal data in this website is only conducted to a technical necessary extend. Data is never – out of any reason- sold, nor transferred to third parties.
The following declaration gives you an overview over how we guarantee this kind of protection and what kind of data is needed for what kind of reason.

Using Google Analytics

Our homepage uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service by Google. Google Analytics has Cookies (small text data), which are stored on your computer and which make an analysis of the use of the respective website possible.

The information about the use of the homepage (including IP address) - generated by these Cookies – are delivered to a Google server in the USA which stores them. Google uses this information to evaluate your website, to compose reports about website activities for the homepage operators and to render more services related to website and internet usage.

Data Processing

LKS stores information automatically in your server log data, which are transferes by your browser. Which are:

  • Browser type and browser versions
  • Used system software
  • Referrer URL (previously visited site)
  • Host name of the accessing computer (IP address)
  • Server clock time

A junction of these data with other sources is not executed, data is deleted after the statistic evaluation.

Newsletter

When you want to subscribe to the offered newsletter, we claim a valid email address as well as information which allows us to check whether you are the owner of the given address or whether the owners agree to the receiving of the newsletter.
No more data is needed.
Your approval for data storage, email address, and – as well - them being used for sending the newsletter can be revoked any time.
