Dazu unterstützt die Software die Formate ASCII, EDI und XML. Die Plattform bietet ein Werkzeug für das Supply Chain Event Management. Ein Benachrichtigungns- und Alarmsystem zeigt dem Benutzer per Fax, SMS oder E-Mail in der gewünschten Sprache Unregelmäßigkeiten an.

Now, by generating CoTrIS scm, we are reoffering integration and communication possibilities of our dispatching solutions even to loaders. This module is covering not only the connection of the ERP-systems, the contract placing and the feedback signals of status but also each current data exchange system. The connection of third systems is as much uncomplicated as the receiving and publishing of data via WWW because of the open interfaces. The target achievement can be improved and documented by affective warning and monitoring systems. Optional enhancements like invoicing via credits, integrated document management or the connection of varied fleet communication solutions are emphasising the flexibility of our system.
The functionality of the "automated communication" is offered to all modules. This is the way that everyone involved in the processes is process-controlled informed about their relative events in the process flow - optionally via mail, fax, sms or other (computer, mobile phones etc.) and in a language that can be chosen individually. Similarily error and warning messages are transmitted automatically, i.e. process and time controlled.
The high proficiency level of our software is also reflected in the best possible connection of varied telematic and fleet communication systems.
