CoTrIS collaborates perfectly with TomTom, which is the most used navigation system for transport requirements. Our TomTom tool set extends options of fleet communication and telematic by offering individually eligible additional functions and wide transport management system.

The modular software architecture of our TomTom tool set and a flexible model of licensing enable you to use single functions as a stand-alone-solution or as an integrated part of your already existing system. According to your individual requirements and demands you can enjoy these additional functions for only 3 Euros per month and vehicle.

The software is progressively extendable and internet compatible, of course. The wide solution offers controlling options through all working processes: order entry, dispatching, invoicing. CoTrIS offers all options for extension and therefore a secured future of your investment is granted.

Our goal is to optimize the usage of TomTom with the support of CoTrIS toolsets and to adjust it to your individual demands.

On May 20 LKS presents its new software module in the course of the “Connecting Day”, to which TomTom invited all certified sales partners from Austria and Germany to the city of Wolfsburg.

Three weeks before the official market launch of CoTrIS for TomTom at the “transport + logistic” in Munich, the meeting in Wolfsburg is a perfect platform for the almost 100 TomTom sales partners to get a rough overview of the functionalities as well as of the “toolset’s” licensing. With CoTrIS for TomTom we specifically are offering the approved functions of our broad transport management systems individually and with good conditions.

From the server add-on which for instance only takes the optimized order transmission of the upstream software, to the position-based driving and resting times or the visual resource plan, the basic required solutions of the clients suffice, which can be scaled arbitrarily to the “all-in-one-soluntion” by this innovative system.

Thereby the fields of application are not limited to commercial freight traffic. Service and workmen fleets benefit equally from the branch specified partial solutions like services for shuttle and limousines, for which the integrated “flight tracker” calculates arrival times. Thus, an optimized occupancy rate of the vehicles and a increased customers’ satisfaction can be improved.

After having been repeatedly addressed because of our special position of the TomTom interface we are now glad to present this interface also at the VVRP annual general meeting on 15 November, in cooperation with our partner business Fruth-Telecom.

It is self-evident for the LKS to prepare an interface for each connected fleet communication system and to maintain the actual status permanently. We integrate the systems so deeply that we can support their strengths perfectly and to balance eventual weaknesses by peculiar logic. Referring to TomTom our customers particularly benefit from this all-around-criteria.
